Knoledgr Enterprise Terms of Service
These terms describe how enterprise and commercial customers use Knoledgr, how customer data and access are handled, and how billing, security, confidentiality, suspension, and termination fit together in the service relationship.
Scope, admins, and acceptable use
- These terms govern commercial and enterprise use by customer organizations and their authorized users, while negotiated order forms and exhibits can supplement or control for that customer relationship.
- Customer administrators manage invites, roles, workspace settings, and internal access decisions inside their organization.
- Customers and users may not misuse the service, violate law, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform or third-party systems.
Customer data, subscriptions, and integrations
- Customers retain rights in customer data, while Knoledgr processes workspace content to provide, secure, and support the service according to the applicable agreement and documented instructions.
- Plan type, billing cadence, seat limits, support levels, and other commercial terms are governed by the customer's subscription or order form.
- Third-party integrations and beta features may be used by the customer, but remain subject to their own availability, configuration, and third-party dependencies.
Security, support, and service evolution
- Security and confidentiality obligations are supported by the Security Annex, privacy documentation, and any negotiated customer-specific security exhibits.
- Support expectations, service levels, and service credits are defined by the applicable plan, support exhibit, or enterprise agreement.
- Knoledgr may improve or modify the service over time and aims to provide commercially reasonable notice where a contracted core capability is materially reduced.
Exit, liability, and compliance
- Knoledgr may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, or material breach, especially where immediate action is needed to protect the service or customers.
- Termination, export, retention, deletion, liability caps, indemnities, and negotiated remedies are governed by the customer's subscription terms or signed enterprise agreement.
- Customers remain responsible for using Knoledgr in compliance with applicable law, export controls, sanctions, and their own internal governance obligations.
